I hold a BSc in Marine Biology and Biochemistry from Bangor University North Wales – though some would say that the choice was strongly influenced by a wish to spend most of my time studying on a beach!!!!!
My post Graduate Diploma is in Equine Science and armed with this I taught and was a campus warden on the very first Equine / Business studies degree at Warwickshire College, eventually going on to study Equine Biomechanics at Bristol Veterinary School.
My studies have enabled me to lecture in the UK including Warwickshire College, MacTimony Chiropractic, Bristol University Vet School, RDA, De Montfort University and Cirencester College. I have published both academic and non academic articles.
I studied at Essex Hypnotherapy Institute for my Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis with Hypnotherapy and with Terence Watts for my Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) Practitioner qualification. I hold a full professional insurance and am a member of APHP, NRPC and CNHC.
My interest in performance issues is not purely academic, however, as I currently compete on both Latin and Ballroom dance disciplines, am involved with rider groups, and with rock climbers, cyclists and runners.
